029 - Nidoran

I didn't want to use this sketch; it looks like Iguanamouth's Nidoran and Oxboxer's Rattata combined powers (and I very much love both of those drawings), but all the other sketches I came up with were junk. SO.

...I just think Petite Mademoiselle Nidoran is a coy prisspot.

Broke my own rule and went with FireRed/LeafGreen sprite colors this time around. Her Gold/Silver sprite colors make the drawing look like a spawn of Barney, and I really wanted her to have red eyes. I also think I'm going to continue using these lacy haloes for the rest of the female Nidoran line. Something about delicate lace juxtaposed with their obnoxious attitudes appeals to me.
