Artist's Comments

The second in a series of colour plates.
I did all this colour research, and now I'm drawing either my favorite characters or characters from my favorite movies in these plates.
I was originally going to just do color blocks on one sheet of paper, then this happened.
Not intentionally like what is doing.

Black! Imposter Odette. Absolutely perfect representaion of black. Sexy, elegant, mysterious, evil, and so on! This one also turned out just as I has imagined. I like the swirls in the background, and I was glad to have (somehow) two different shades of black. And I like its simplicity, given that most of these plates are going to be rather complex.

Unfortunately, the only way I could get her hair color right was to use water color, which crinkled the paper and caused aweful creases when I glued it down to the construction paper.

But, its just about the right color...

Man, I love that movie! :D Imposter Odette was awesome. XD

I think Nest did the animation, so I'd bet on them. XD

Ah, here we go: Rich Animation Studios AND Nest Entertainment. XD Nest has done a lot of religious and historical cartoons. I love the bunch of 'em. XD

Yea,in 5th grade I remember watching this Harriet Tubman video and being like "OMG SWAN PRINCESS STYLE!!!!"

I've read it a few times, but I just naturally find different ways of saying things and go with it, hence my varying styles of saying "yes." XD
